FROM BACKYARDS TO FARMS
With 25 years experience and making use of tried and tested principles, I work with land owners and managers to develop planning strategies for their land.
I provide landscape design services including garden design and farm planning. Developing targeted site plans and reports which can be submitted to council for planning permit purposes, in the form of both Farm Management Plans and Land Management Plans.
MEET THE DESIGNER
Simon has over 25 years experience creating functional and beautiful landscapes in and around Melbourne, Victoria.
He is passionate about contributing to the resilience of ecologies and communities while striking a balance between productivity and quality of life for land owners.
He became inspired by Permaculture and Regenerative Agriculture due to the promise of abundance, a synergy with natural systems, and their potential to reverse the degradation of land which has occurred over the era of conventional farming.
His studies have included Adv. Dip. Horticulture and Arboriculture, Permaculture Design & Regrarians farm planning.
Simon developed a farm management plan for our property in Yarragon. It was comprehensive and covered both the house area and the broader property for fire safety, production, ecological and lifestyle factors. He knows the Gippsland area well and was great to deal with. Thanks Simon.
